Meet the Team
Karlene Mahoney, Operations Manager
Karlene has worked with the Windsor Fellowship since 1999 looking after the core operations of the organisation and supporting the work delivery of the WF’s programmes.
An avid volunteer who has worked on numerous voluntary initiatives in the Greater London area, including Hackney Quest, whose aim was to educate at-risk young people with leisure time activities to develop, nurture and encourage their full potential and to divert them from crime and anti-social behaviour.
She is currently a Trustee of a Children and Youth provision organisation based in Islington, where she has worked since 1990.

Roda Aden, Programmes Manager
A Passport to Employment Fellow, she has keen interest in realising the potential of young people and inspiring them to become change-makers within their local and global communities. She has over 15 years of experience in a range of organisations, working with a wide variety of young people across the world in higher education and in the third sector.

Rukiya Khan, Project Manager, UK-US Youth Dialogue Programme
Rukiya has been involved with the Windsor Fellowship since completing the Leadership Programme for Undergraduates whilst she was at university. Rukiya has extensive experience in employability support and project management, and has managed the YDP since 2009. She currently manages the growing YDP alumni network alongside the programme.
Rukiya has a degree in Information and Communications, is a qualified Prince2 Practitioner and thoroughly enjoys supporting students through the various programmes offered by the Windsor Fellowship.

Joshua Lacumbre-Gibbs, UK-US Youth Dialogue Programme
Joshua has worked with the Windsor Fellowship since 2010, supporting the delivery of the UK-US Youth Dialogue Programme. He is an active advocate of community development and has supported a number of programmes that aim to increase activism and engagement in citizenship, particularly amongst younger people. Joshua completed his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kent in 2013 with a distinction.
