We work in partnership with leading organisations and individuals committed to pro-actively ensuring equality and diversity within our communities. We offer opportunities to sponsor young people on our existing programmes as well as working with organisations to develop bespoke diversity initiatives including internship and career development programmes, effective mentoring, outreach and training workshops. We aim to design initiatives that maximise benefits for individual participants, their communities and UK society as a whole.
